José Luis Aguilera
José Luis Aguilera José Luis Aguilera earned his PhD degree in 2009 from the Complutense University of Madrid, where he is currently professor in the Department of Educational Studies, within the area of Didactics and School Organization.
His research interests focus on the education of professionals in education and the development of educational actions in contexts of social vulnerability. Among his research lines are the training of educational researchers and social educators throughout the education system, including the university, attention to diversity and actions for educational and social inclusion of people and groups with specific needs, and neuroeducation as an approach to acquire educational actions adjusted to the development of thought.
He is member of several research groups: ISYFDI group, recognized by the UCM; SIEP, recognized by the UAM; or RUECA, of the University of Cartagena in Colombia.
